Well, that’s easy: we don’t run at run group! Ha!
We train and strengthen the muscles you need for running to ensure your body has the strength and endurance to carry you as a runner. Don’t worry, a run program has been designed and is given as homework. We guide you through run/walk intervals using our safe and effective program to get you to the distance you’re running.
Join us to educate yourself and train your body to get you from start line to finish line. We will be training for the 10 Km MEC Trail Race (Number One) April 22nd, 2018 at Rundles Park.
The weekly session is approx 1.25-1.5 hours long. We will have a workout, guest speakers, homework, etc! 30 minutes of education and 45 mins- 1 hr strength workout!
Now lace up those shoes and get those gorgeous buns to class! Like all other classes, your mini(s) are welcome to come if you wish!
